Spooky Cute Giveaway - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Spooky Cute Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Chatter Pop™ ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on September 13, 2025 and ends on September 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET ("Entry Period").

4. How to Enter

• Subscribe to the Chatter Pop email list through the official Giveaway entry form.
• Existing email subscribers are automatically entered.
• Bonus entries available: follow Chatter Pop on Instagram and tag a friend on the official Giveaway post.

Limit one entry per person, plus up to two bonus entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive three (3) items from the Chatter Pop Halloween collection (winner's choice of design and size, subject to availability). Approximate Retail Value: $96. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about September 27, 2025. Winner will be notified by email. If winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, and their affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

8. Privacy
